Cancellation Policy
To request a refund, please send an email to reg_grrec2024@163.com. Any cancellation will incur a fee of USD 150.00 (CNY 1050.00) if processed before 1 August, 2024, at 23:59 GMT +8.00. Please note that inability to secure a travel visa does not qualify for a refund. The name on the registration can be changed without penalty.
